Been avoiding doing one of these for long enough now.
Sat 19th March - Games WOD 11.1
10 Mins AMRAP 30 DU 15 Ground to Overhead
1 round 4 DU - really need to work on them double unders!
Sunday 20th March
Reading Half Marathon:
5K - 26.06 10k - 53.31 15k - 1.25.12 20k - 1.58.25 Finish 2.04.45
Done it quicker but not bad for no running training.
Tuesday 22nd March
3 Rounds 50 Walking Lunges 20 Knees to Elbow 30 DU
29.57 Still need to work on them double unders!
Wednesday 23rd March
20 Mins AMRAP
DL @ 50% (80kg) x 7 14 Pistols (Assisted by a bar) 21 DU
5 Rounds + Deadlifts
Thursday 24th March - Games re-WOD 11.1
10 mins AMRAP 30 DU 15 Ground to Overhead
2 Rounds 17 DU
More than double my last score, but still need to get them double unders

Monday 28th
40m Farmers Carry 2 x 24kg Kettlebells 7 x 24kg Wings 7 x Burpies 7 Rounds
10.09 - Started off to fast and started to pay for it in the 5th/6th rounds
Then back squats
5 x 20kg 5 x 50kg 5 x 80kg
Could have gone a bit higher maybe 90kg but I was sore after the WOD so decided to call it a day there.
Tuesday 29th
2 Rounds of: 20 Sit Ups 10 DL@90kg 20 K2E 10 x 24kg Swings 20 T2B 10 Pull Ups
16.58 - It was all going well up to the point of the second set of toes to bar when my grip gave in, singles and the odd double to finish off the rest
Wednesday 30th - Badger
Scaled to 2 Rounds
30 Squat Cleans @ 40 Kg 30 Pull up (Second round Ring Dips) Run 800m
40.41 Everything about this just hurt!

Saturday 2nd April - 11.2
15 Mins AMRAP
9DL @ 70kg 12 Push Ups with hand release at floor 15 24" box jumps
6 Rounds 9DL and 4 PU
Was aiming to hit 7 rounds, but bad form on the DL destroyed my back so had to break it up a bit more than I was planning. The push ups where not as bad as I had been expecting, but the box jumps seemed to get higher every time I jumped up.

HSPU practise, wasent counting reps just getting used to getting up and doing a few.
100 DU 50 Sit Ups 50 Walking Lunges 50 Situps 50 Tuck Jumps 50 Sit Ups 50 Burpees 50 Sit Ups 300 Singles

Managed to get a couple of sets of two double unders in a row, getting there slowly!
