Managed to beat my target of ten so am very happy. Then went on to have some strong man fun after messing around with the yoke I started joining in with the farmers walks. My PB for a standard DL is 150kg, so built up to a 40m walk - the door to the gates and back with 190kg and then a 5m walk with 200kg - great fun! Cant wait for Strength and Power.

Barbell Turkish Get Ups - got up to 35 kg each side, could have done 40 but coukldnt get the balance on the bar.

Much better than I thought as my old 1 Rep max is 100kg

WOD - In Pairs each do half, I did this with Dom

Push Jerk 5 x 3 40, 50, 60, 70, 80kg I could have gone higher but my shoulder is hurting so decided not to push as hard as I could.
WOD 10 Mins 150 Wall Balls 10 Min Annie - 50,40,30,20,10 Double Unders/ Sit Ups
I finished the wall balls in 9:58 then went on to do annie with singles so doubled up the skipping. I finished the 30 round.

Then a little fun with some 1 handed DL, go to 100kg both hands, but that hook grip mashes your thumb. Could have gone higher but wanted to save something for the WOD.

One Handed Deadlifts - Got to 130kg
Atlas Stones - Got all except the 103 which i could only get on my lap, need tacky or such and I would have got it.
HSPU Just a quick one on 10kg plates to finish off then fell over so need to work on the balance of these

I got a PB on both the deadlift (by 30kg) and the squat (by 20kg) but press I think has gone down by ten.

The power cleans took a lot out of me but was a good fun one.

Not inculding the small break to sort out which route we where going on. Can do it faster, but had a few knocks from the day before which meant holding the handels became an issue.
