Holy Smokes - Ive really been slacking with this - resolution: write in this every day Wednesday Training: Deadlift - 5X3 at 110kg, 110kg, 120kg, 120kg, 120kg!! Woohoo!! I can so taste that 140kg deadlift WOD: 5 rounds of 15 pullups, 20 kb swings with 20kg, 25 double unders - 14.14 - my shoulders felt HEAVY. After yesterday's 1,000 double under challenge (total shinaningans) my calves and shoulders were fried.

Feeno - maaayyybbee?? Right, this past week has been GREAT. Post-Throwdown I took three days off and was back training on Thursday. Thursday: 5X3 squat cleans @55kg COE - 10 rounds of 10 thrusters and 10 ring pressups - now this was AWESOME - I did it in 11:49 baby! whooop! Friday: 5X3 backsquat @ 75kg Annie on the abmat - just a quick one and I didn't time it. Saturday: Ground to overhead work with the girlies. 40kg x5 reps, 50kg X5 reps, 55kg x3 reps all push jerk/press. Baseline wod for the Paleo Challenge: 500m row (new pb of 1:50), 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pressups, 10 pullups - 4:44 Sunday: A little snath work then Fight Gone Bad (for 5 rounds!) total reps: 516 with an average of 104 reps per round...this was FUN and sweaty

Any chance of you doing some kind of diet log? I would love to see what some of the more elite CFR people are eating over this paleo challenge..
I appreciate that would be a massive ball ache though..
